As a nurse, it is important to me to take care of my health while also helping my patients, as well as those around me. I often find my friends and family reaching out to me for advice and tips for things, whether it be weight loss, body recomposition, etc. I realized that there are many of us, who need a space that is honest, simple, and focused on helping people truly be healthier.
